Two weeks ago the team of Autostrada Biennale was in Palermo, Italy, where in the framework of the biennial Manifeta12 presented to Italian public the first book called "Autostrada Biennale: The Common Book".

After the first successful edition of 2017, the publication of the book was very important, with the aim of promoting the worldwide biennial by presenting presentations and conversations at various cultural events.

After the presentation in Palermo, the team traveled to Milano where they met the selected curator. They discussed on how the biennial has come together with citizens and strategic partners and has created new spaces for art exhibitions, informal education, as well as discussions and reflections. How they facilitated this platform in the name of freedom of expression, cultural exchange and critical thinking, with the purpose of maintaining inter-cultural and inter-ethnic tolerance.

Giacinto Di Pietrantonio is open to deal with the intriguing context of Kosova, looking forward to exploring Kosova from political, social and cultural aspects. He shows interest about the issues regarding centers and peripheries of globalization, within Autostrada Biennale's innovative and creative highway.

The first edition of biennial had lasted for 5 weeks, meanwhile from now planning and preparations are being made with an added commitment that the second edition lasts two and a half months, starting from July to September in upcoming year.
