The training began with an in-depth examination of communication channels between the production team and artists, underscoring the paramount importance of effective communication throughout the entire process, from research and development to production, installation, and deinstallation. A significant focus was placed on safety, conducting safety meetings.
The team smoothly transitioned into hands-on workshops, including one dedicated to crate building and packing, refining their skills in preserving and shipping artwork.
