Silva Agostini’s work examines the fluid interplay between historical layers and contemporary expressions, emphasizing the evolving nature of existence. For the 5th edition of the Autostrada Biennale, Agostini adapted her performance Music Requisites, temporarily in public space at ITP. In this piece, the third act of Wagner’s Die Feen (The Fairies) emanates from parked cars, transforming these industrial objects into vessels of 19th-century symbolism. The music transports us into a realm of magic, conflict, and myth, reverberating through the urban landscape.
