Panel discussion: “From Mountain to Mountain: Exchanges on Culture, Food, and Living Territories”

As part of the Autostrada Biennale summit, organized in collaboration with Allianz Foundation Hubs partners, an insightful panel explored the relationship between culture, food, and territorial heritage.

The panel “From Mountain to Mountain: Exchanges on Culture, Food, and Living Territories” featured Barış Karamuço (Co-Founding Director of Autostrada Biennale), Fernando Garcia Dory (Inland), and Jeton Jagxhiu (Independent Food Researcher). They discussed how mountain and artisanal cheese producers can preserve their traditions in the face of global regulatory pressures.
