The only Catholic church in Prizren sits on a quiet street in the city center, flanked by mosques. It was here that in the early 2000s a building in the church complex was used as a local radio and television station, Radio Prizreni and TV Prizreni. In 2015, the property was given back to the Catholic Church. The adjacent Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Succor was built between 1870 and 1875 and is listed as a monument in the List of Cultural Heritage under temporary protection. The Catholic Church in Kosovo has approximately 120,000 members, half of which lives outside of the country.
