After the collective planting, the Slow Grounds gathering continued around a beautifully prepared table, bringing together participants from different places through food, conversation, and shared time.
Prepared with care, love, and dedication by chef and food researcher Fllanza Bytyqi together with Autostrada Hangar chefs Cansu Yılmaz and Diona Nojani, the table offered a rich selection of seasonal vegetarian dishes, thoughtfully created to be shared and enjoyed together.
Surrounded by flowers, plants, and a warm atmosphere, participants gathered around a long communal table where stories, experiences, laughter, and memories were exchanged alongside the food. The table became a place of generosity and connection, where people who had arrived from different countries and contexts met through one of the most universal gestures of care: sharing a meal.
At the heart of Slow Grounds is the belief that care often lives in simple acts - preparing food with love, welcoming others to the table, listening to one another, and creating moments of togetherness that stay with us long after the meal has ended.
