The Shotman Mill, today also known as the Pintolli Mill, was reconstructed in early 2000 according to the traces of the original. It represents one of the few mills that has survived in the city—in 1950 there were fifteen active mills near the river.
Today, the mill functions as a café, but the original elements have been preserved: the stones for grinding the wheat, the wooden elements for wheat classification, and the stone channels through which the water penetrated the building and continued into the river.
